Yoga & Stretch
Dee has been teaching yoga for around 15 years, initially studying with Samadhi Family Yoga NZ and further yoga/movement trainings with Laura Humphries of Threedom Yoga, the esteemed Leslie Kaminoff of Yoga Anatomy, the Body Ready Method, the International Ballet Barre Assoc, Spinning Babies & BellyDance Birth.
Dee believes every day is an opportunity to learn & grow. She incorporates elements of all her knowledge gained into each class focusing on whole body alignment and intuitive movement for your best connection and safe practice.
Lisa Zantis
Yoga
Lisa studied at Essence of Living and continues to be a student of life. Her classes are all about nourishing the nervous system & immune system.
Lisa loves to immerse herself in all things Yin Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork, Earthing, Sound Healing, meditation & Reiki, and incorporates aspects of all of these into her mindfully crafted yoga offerings.
Finding harmony and balance connecting to our breath, body and spirit, is what Lisa's Flow classes are all about.

Kira is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher + Sound Healer. Born in Aotearoa and currently residing on the Gold Coast.
She specialises in Traditional Yoga, Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative, Kriya, Tantra, Hatha, Kundalini, Pranayama and Meditation for the purpose of Holistic health, healing + soul reunion.
With an abundance of experience Facilitating nationally & internationally at Festivals, Retreats, Ecstatic Dances & her signature Yin Yoga, Sound and Energy Healing through the Chakras 7 week Series.

As well as being yoga and dance teacher, Gerrie is a contemporary movement artist, choreographer and mother artist. She equips students with tools to practice with longevity in mind moving with ease to energise body, mind and spirit. Her teaching is complimented by easy to follow instructions creating a friendly environment to learn in.
She feels her dance training has complimented her yoga practice and vice versa. Practicing Yoga and Body-Mind Centering keeps her attuned to enjoying what makes her feel good, sharing these modalities in her teaching.
Emma Beach

Emma is a dedicated yogi who aspires to a daily practice which brings harmony to all aspects of her life.
She started practicing yoga when pregnant with her first child 10 years ago. Something she returned to again and again to find steadiness and grounding through the trials and tribulation of motherhood and life. After studying yoga with Australia Yoga Teacher Training (AYTT) Emma couldn’t wait to share this life changing practice!
Emma believes what we practice on the mat goes way beyond the mat. "Yoga creates a strong foundation allowing us to navigate life with a deeper sense of connection and awareness."
Join Emma on the mat on Mondays to to nourish and strengthen the body, mind and heart through pranayama, asana and meditation.

Sasha has been practising Pilates for 17 years, has an absolute love of Pilates movement after being involved in many sports growing up and dancing throughout childhood and teens. Posture, posture, posture!
Sash is Stott Pilates trained and Certified.
STOTT PILATES is one of the most internationally recognised names in Pilates, with a reputation for training at the highest level.
My style is fun, upbeat and unique to the individual. I will work with you to develop your strengths through correct movements and identifying any imbalances to ensure you work at your peak.
